*          “Gardiner Community Organizations” is defined as groups that are headquartered on either side of U.S. Highway 101 from the head of Discovery Bay at the junction of Highway 20 and U.S. Highway 101 on the east, to the east entrance to Old Blyn Highway on U.S. 101 on the west.

 

**           A refundable deposit/cleaning deposit may be required at the discretion of the Gardiner Community Center management. In the event that a previous rental has resulted in damage the Board may direct that an additional $100 increase in the damage deposit be applied to a subsequent rental by that party. In the event that a second instance of damage occurs then the renter shall be barred from future ability to rent the Center.
